I love running and all things fitness related. As a coach I am here to help you achieve your personal goals, whether you are a running novice or are ready to qualify for the Boston Marathon. We can chat either in person or on the phone and discuss your current fitness level, future goals, and anything else we need to get you to where you hope to be. We don’t have to live in the same area either. I offer excellent, customized, virtual training.

My biggest emphasis is that this is your own personal journey. Everything should be on your terms and based on your own goals. No two plans should ever be alike! I am here to help and encourage you along the way. If you aren’t happy, then I am not happy.
Training Plans: Starting at $75
Training plans for any distance whether you are new to running or have been racing for years. From 5k to marathon distance we will sit down together and discuss your current fitness level, past running experience, time allowance, and your race goals. Together we will work to create a plan that works to keep you healthy, happy and reach your running goals.
+Unlimited Virtual Training Throughout +$25 per month. This option allows you unlimited phone, e-mail and texting access with me throughout your training. One of the most difficult obstacles of endurance training is avoiding injury. This option allows us to discuss any changes that need to be made to your current plan. We will make any necessary training plan adjustments and help you stay on track. This also gives you the option of having weekly cross training workouts sent to you as a way to become a stronger and healthier athlete. You will also receive weekly newsletters and check-ins from me to make sure everything is going as planned. This options makes me your personal, private running coach with 24/7 access for anything you need.
Monthly Virtual Training (Running and/or Fitness) $75

Whether you are looking for assistance with your running, weight loss, or creating a healthy lifestyle, we can work together and get you on the right track. I will send you weekly workouts based on your goals and current progress. You have access to me via phone, e-mail, or text at anytime to discuss any and all of your needs. The goal is to get you on track to becoming a stronger athlete and living a healthier lifestyle. You will also receive weekly newsletters and check-ins to ensure you are happy and on track.
Private Long Run Training: Prices vary by distance beginning at $30
First time half or full marathon training and that Saturday long run looking rather daunting? I can help guide you through your long training runs. We will map out a course that will allow you to run at a comfortable pace on terrain that is similar to your race course. We can work to find a comfortable pace and get you through your distance. During our session I can also help give you recommendations to make your training easier and more manageable on both the physical and mental level. Assistance with fuel and hydration as well as post run stretching/recovery included.
Core Workout Training: $50 per hour
Simply running alone won’t help you reach your full potential. I am a huge fan of spending your free time out running and then getting your workout done in a short amount of time in the convenience of your own home. I will teach you some simple exercises that will help tone your core and overall body with just a few props. Draw upon your own body weight to create most of the resistance needed to become a stronger and more fit athlete. Not only will your running start to feel stronger but you will see a more fit and toned athlete when you look in the mirror! Most workouts will be created to do in less than 30 minutes and with minimal tools (weights, balls, etc). We will work together to use what you already have to make your workout accessible. I will leave you with a full weekly plan to get you started and you can contact me during the week with any questions that might arise.
